Welcome in our new Provencal /French a la carte menu season 2016/2017 , your chef Jojo spent last summer in  Cannes  (her home town ) and all the cities around ( cap d'Ail , Ezes , Carqueiranne, Aups , Ramatuelle, Menton , Cavalaire, Monte Carlo , Turini) in south of France, visiting every single day some local market, olive oil castle (chateau de Taurenne), wine castle( Chateau de Bernes) and local  fisherman in order to create, learn, taste, cook and share news recipes just for you . Those recipes  are only prepared with seasonal and local products. We want only the best for you , Welcome to St Barth .
